Health Wrapped 2025 ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
The short version: Your health data never leaves your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal health information to our servers.
DATA WE ACCESS
With your explicit permission, Health Wrapped 2025 accesses the following data from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect:
- Step count
- Active energy burned (calories)
- Workout data and exercise minutes
- Sleep analysis
- Heart rate data
- Weight measurements
- Stress and mindfulness data
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
All health data processing occurs entirely on your device. We use your data solely to:
- Generate your personalized year-in-review summary
- Create shareable cards and statistics
- Display insights about your health journey
We do NOT:
- Send your health data to any server
- Store your health data in any cloud service
- Share your data with third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Sell your data to anyone
DATA STORAGE
Health Wrapped 2025 does not maintain any servers that store your personal health information. Your health data remains in Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect and is only read temporarily to generate your summary. Once you close the app, no health data is retained.
SHARING FEATURES
When you choose to share your Health Wrapped summary, you are sharing an image that you have explicitly chosen to export. This sharing is initiated by you and uses your device's native sharing capabilities. We have no access to or record of what you share.
ANALYTICS
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as app opens and feature usage) that contain no personal health information. This helps us improve the app experience.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can revoke Health Wrapped's access to your health data at any time through your device's Settings app (Health > Data Access & Devices on iOS, or Health Connect settings on Android).
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Health Wrapped 2025 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
