OVERVIEW

2025 Health ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

The short version: Your health data never leaves your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal health information to our servers.

DATA WE ACCESS

With your explicit permission, 2025 Health accesses the following data from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect:

  • Step count
  • Active energy burned (calories)
  • Workout data and exercise minutes
  • Sleep analysis
  • Heart rate data
  • Weight measurements
  • Stress and mindfulness data

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

All health data processing occurs entirely on your device. We use your data solely to:

  • Generate your personalized year-in-review summary
  • Create shareable cards and statistics
  • Display insights about your health journey

We do NOT:

  • Send your health data to any server
  • Store your health data in any cloud service
  • Share your data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising
  • Sell your data to anyone

DATA STORAGE

2025 Health does not maintain any servers that store your personal health information. Your health data remains in Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect and is only read temporarily to generate your summary. Once you close the app, no health data is retained.

DATA RETENTION & DELETION

How long we retain your data:

  • Health data: We do NOT retain any of your health data. Your health information is read temporarily while the app is open and is immediately discarded when you close the app. No health data is stored on our servers or in any persistent storage.
  • App preferences: Basic app settings (such as your selected goal) are stored locally on your device only and are automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
  • Anonymous analytics: If collected, anonymous usage data is retained for up to 24 months to help us improve the app.

How to delete your data:

  • App data: Simply uninstall 2025 Health from your device. This will permanently delete all locally stored app preferences and any cached data.
  • Health data access: Revoke our access to your health data through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > 2025 Health > Turn Off All. Android: Settings > Health Connect > App permissions > 2025 Health > Revoke all permissions).
  • Request deletion: You may also request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at support@gymstreak.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Remember: Since we don't store your health data on any server, there is nothing to delete on our end. Your health data always remains under your control in Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect.

SHARING FEATURES

When you choose to share your 2025 Health summary, you are sharing an image that you have explicitly chosen to export. This sharing is initiated by you and uses your device's native sharing capabilities. We have no access to or record of what you share.

ANALYTICS

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as app opens and feature usage) that contain no personal health information. This helps us improve the app experience.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to access: You can view what health data the app accesses through your device's Health settings.
  • Right to revoke: You can revoke 2025 Health's access to your health data at any time through your device's Settings app (Health > Data Access & Devices on iOS, or Health Connect settings on Android).
  • Right to deletion: You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app, or request deletion by emailing support@gymstreak.com.
  • Right to portability: Your health data is stored in Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect and can be exported using those platforms' built-in export features.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

2025 Health is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
