ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Health Wrapped 2025 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Health Wrapped 2025 is a mobile application that creates a personalized year-in-review summary of your health and fitness data. The App reads data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android) to generate visualizations and insights about your health journey.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
HEALTH DATA PERMISSIONS
The App requires access to your health data to function. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. The App will have limited functionality without access to health data.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Important: Health Wrapped 2025 is for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.
DATA ACCURACY
The insights and summaries provided by the App are based on the data available in your device's health platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health data or insights. The quality of insights depends on the data recorded by your devices and apps.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Not distribute or share the App through unauthorized channels
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, graphics, and content, is owned by GymStreak Labs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
SHARING CONTENT
When you share images or content created by the App, you are responsible for ensuring your shared content complies with the terms of the platform you share to. You grant us a license to use shared content for promotional purposes only with your explicit consent.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
